My Condolences...

I hate posting these types of blogs. I know there is this small fundamental rule of life that simply states "ashes to ashes, dust to dust," but it doesn't mean I ever have to accept it. It also means that the brain I was given, enables me to question things even when I am not "suppossed to."

The story behind this blog is that a great friend of mine has had a lot to endure in his family recently. I do not know all the details, but his sister delivered a set of premature twin girls last month. On top of that stress, one of the girls returned to Heaven due to complications with necrotizing enterocolitis. I looked it up for you, click the link to see exactly what it is. I will tell you that is a disease I have never heard of, and I am extremely saddened that I had to learn of it in this manner.

So, I publicly pass on my condolences to the family of the Elder Statesmen. I pray that comfort and joy can somehow replace the pain and sorrow that you are currently feeling. We often hear people talk about "living for another person," I know exactly what that means. Jamia is now fighting & living for not only herself, but now Jasmyn as well.

I wish there was more that I could say or do...

Thoughts & Prayers,

Scotch
